 One day in the distant future as art historians debate the historical record of Reno, History's Greatest Perv and Master of the Damsel, they will argue that he was possibly a member of the Mysterious Illuminati.  They will point to this drawing as evidence that the Supreme Leader of the Renogades was a Loomi.  It is rife with hidden symbolism, secretive iconography, and ample cleavage.  Freemasons love that kind of shit!
