SK8 or Tie

Dammit, Janet!  Can't you read the sign?  The Park's Security at Reno City Park wanted to make an example of one of these flagrant rule breakers, so he chose Janet ... again.  Who knows why he keeps choosing her over some of the other Skaters?  I'm sure there are a couple of reasons.  But whatever the case, he decided to turn her board into one of those old timey stocks they used to use for public humiliation.
